We spent several sessions together discussing not only such subjects, but also how they are integrated with Aliah's critically related philosophies and works, such as Transparenting, Yogadance Flow and Foodcool. Aliah's works are intuitive, conscientious, and progressive. Her Transparenting philosophy regarding child rearing and socialization is cutting-edge. It promotes a choice-centered/heart connection understanding interaction between parent & child. With Yogadance Flow, Aliah has mixed the wisdom of the ages with modern sensibilities. Body movement should be comfortable and natural, advises Aliah, and Yogadance reflects this. All of the yoga poses flow into each other. The individual can tailor the program to be as strenuous or peaceful as he or she needs. Foodcool integrates healthy food with healthy lifestyle.
